Steve Lacy has officially lined out his tour dates to perform his newest work of art Oh Yeah? The North American tour has scheduled 27 dates spanning in both Canada and the United States. With his recent success, even getting his album titled song featured in the most recent Marvel film, Lacy has upgraded himself to much larger venues from the last time he went on tour, showing remarkable progression in the 4 years since he had last released an album.

Sunshine Bleeds Through The Jungle

Jungle have released their newest album Sunshine, with their classic soul / funk injected indie sound. The album, ironically enough, gives off the dreamy sound you can imagine when the sun is beaming down on you, giving us Sunshine. Their stunning layered vocals and choruses that genuinely make you want to get up and move to, create this niche brand of happiness you can’t help but think of with Jungle. Sunshine strips everything back using its groove infested sound and beautifully sung lyrics creating an experience that should be shared with others leaving very limited room for error in future projects from the group.

33 Years in the Making

Ritchie Blackmore and the rest of Deep Purple reunited to perform their hit song and most recognizable classic “Smoke on the Water” for the first time in 33 years. Blackmore made his abrupt exit from the band in 1993, and in 2016 he bailed on the group’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony when the group refused to share the stage with him that night. But now, in a rather surprising turn of events, the group has announced they’ll finally perform together again in Wantagh, New York. The two sides agreed to perform together for only one song, as Ritchie does not want to intrude on the rest of the band’s performances with their guitarists of today.
