If you’re anything like us, we see an interesting headline during our daily scroll—pause to read it—but then keep scrolling without reading the actual story. So at the end of each week, we’re rounding up all the buzziest, news-worthy headlines you might have missed. Think of it like the “saved” feature on Instagram but for news instead of aesthetically pleasing photos. Justin Bieber’s Latest Venture? Cannabis For A Cause
“I get my weed from California,” sings Justin Bieber on his hit single “Peaches” and if you’ve ever wondered where exactly in California he gets it from—I have an answer. Bieber has partnered with Californa-based cannabis company Palms for a limited edition “PEACHES” collection. Consisting of one product, pre-rolls, each pack has seven 0.5 gram pre-rolls and comes with a custom “PEACHES” lighter. Bieber is also using the venture to support the non-profits Veterans Walk and Talk and the Last Prisoner Project. The former advocates for medical cannabis use in veteran communities and the latter support criminal justice reform around cannabis convictions.

24K Goldn & Lil Tecca Link Up For “Prada” Single
The highly anticipated collab between 24kGoldn and Lil Tecca is here. The two friends have teased photos of themselves in the studio on social media but “Prada” marks their first official release together. 24kGoldn does what he does best, delivering catchy lyrics over an uptempo beat pairing perfectly with Lil Tecca’s melodic cadence. Along with the single’s release is a music video showing the two artists causing chaos in a suburban mall—heelies, Prada store, mall cop included.

Lil Yachty Joins Tame Impala For “Breathe Deeper” Remix
The category is unlikely collabs because Tame Impala released a remix of their song “Breathe Deeper” with Lil Yachty. While the sound remains more or less the same, it’s a new direction for Yachty to take his melodic bars. There’s also a neon music video with Yachty and Tame Impala frontman Kevin Parker to match the psychedelic vibes. The remix will be a part of Tame Impala’s The Slow Rush Deluxe Box Set releasing on February 18th, 2022. Along with its release will be more remixes, expanded editions, and two new B-sides.

Call Your Therapist, Adele Is Back
Public service announcement: Adele is releasing her first single in six years. She made the announcement via Twitter simply saying “Easy On Me—October 15th.” The tweet was accompanied by a wordless video that’s (hopefully) teasing the full music video. Although it’s been six years, from what we can gather from the teaser not much has changed. Black and white! Winged Eyeliner! Slow melodies! The soft piano notes are giving me major sad girl vibes and I’m not mad about it, making people cry is Adele’s specialty. Along with the single, billboards of the number “30” have been popping up all over the world and the speculation is that it’s the title of her next album (her previous album was called 25). Her recent cover story with Vogue also divulged that the album is her way of explaining things like her divorce to her son, and it’ll be different from her previous albums. If you see me stocking up on Kleenex before her album drops, no you didn’t.
