The Cure – ‘Songs of a Lost World’
After a 16-year studio hiatus, The Cure’s Songs of a Lost World is set to rise from the misty depths on November 1, 2024. Originally teased for 2019, the album seems to have been as elusive as Robert Smith’s smile. With Smith once again at the helm of all songwriting, it promises the brooding brilliance only he can conjure. Featuring long-time bandmates and some fresh (but familiar) faces, this dark, moody opus will bring those who’ve been wandering the goth-rock wilderness home at last. Prepare for a sonic hug… in true Cure fashion.
Chase Atlantic – ‘LOST IN HEAVEN’
Genre-defying trio Chase Atlantic are back, announcing their fourth album Lost in Heaven, set to land on November 1st via Fearless Records. Along with the news, they’ve dropped their latest single, “Doubt It,” complete with a trippy visualizer/lyric video. The track blends their signature dark alternative R&B with trap beats and glitchy synths, delivering a slick, rebellious punch with the line, “Put your money where your mouth is, lay it on the counter, rip it open, let me count it.”

If the rest of the album is just as bittersweet, promising and healing, Shawn will be nothing short of striking.
