A Step Above “Swagchella”
It was announced this past week that Canada’s own Justin Bieber will be added to FIFA’s World Cup Final Halftime show taking place in East Rutherford, New Jersey on July 19th. Bieber, who’s coming off of one of Coachella’s most talked about headlines in the Spring will look to bring that same spark to the world stage as he joins other icons such as Shakira, Madonna and BTS in what should be an electric performance.

However, fans shouldn’t get their hopes up for any team ups on this record, as Future’s project has zero features, making it 22 straight songs of just Future showcasing the “Real Him”

11 Songs, 3 Different Topics, 1 Charli XCX
Charli XCX took to Instagram to announce her new project’s tracklist this past week. Her record Music, Fashion, Film is set to release in two weeks on July 24th, but even with the large amount of time until then she continues to hype up the project, this time by releasing the 11-track list alongside an alternate album cover featuring some of those industries biggest influences. The project has one feature listed, David Cronenberg, a Canadian film director leaving fans with questions about how the man could have an influence on the final song of the project.

This Isn’t a Dream.
For the first time in about 9 years U2 is releasing their first all-new music project, following the release of their newest single “Street of Dreams”, their first new release in honour of the band’s 50th anniversary year along with a music video shot in Mexico City. While the project is yet to be named officially, fans are excited to see what messy rock sound they’ll have in store this time around.

The Odyssey is.. lit?
The Odyssey recently completed its Paris Premiere which confirmed to fans around the world the involvement of none other than rapper Travis Scott in the film. Seen posing in photos with the cast, Scott’s friendship with director Christopher Nolan seemingly has landed himself a role dubbed “The Bard” in the new film set to release the next week as seen in the already released trailer that left many fans surprised. The hope is from fans that he’ll use the upcoming presence in the film to help promote his new record he’s been working on and parading around on a mini iPod across the world as seen in an interview that took place at the World Cup.
