Polo G – ‘HOOD POET’
Hood Poet, also an acronym for “He Overcame Obstacles During Pain Or Emotional Trauma,” is Polo G’s fourth studio album. After releasing the lead single “Distraction”, Polo G teased the album with tornado emojis and notable singles like “My All” and “No Time Wasted” featuring Future. In August 2023, posters with QR codes and lyrics from the album appeared in Los Angeles. The project was officially announced on August 15, 2023, with a trailer, and the second single, “Barely Holdin’ On,” was set to release later that week.
Khalid – ‘Sincere’
Khalid has revealed the tracklist for his upcoming album Sincere, set to release on August 2. Announcing it on social media, he highlighted singles like “Please Don’t Fall In Love With Me,” “Adore U,” and “Ground (Cotton Candy Skies).” This marks his first full-length project since 2019’s “Free Spirit.” Khalid describes “Sincere” as a reflection of his life experiences and conversations with fans, showcasing his unique sound and personal growth at age 26.
Maren Morris – ‘Intermission’
Maren Morris announced a new five-song project titled Intermission. The first track, a collaboration with Julia Michaels called “Cut!,” will drop on June 21. Morris described the project as a necessary “intermission” and revealed the tracklist, which includes titles like “I Hope I Never Fall in Love” and “This is How a Woman Leaves.” This follows her 2022 album Humble Quest and her 2019 award-winning album GIRL.
Pixey – ‘Million Dollar Baby’
Million Dollar Baby is the latest album from Liverpool songwriter Pixey. Written between Liverpool and London over a year and a half, the album is Pixey’s most ambitious project, self-produced with Tom McFarland and Rich Turvey. It blends 90s breakbeats with modern pop, using samples to create a unique sound. The album narrates Pixey’s journey of self-discovery and empowerment, focusing on authenticity and overcoming external perceptions. Pixey describes it as a culmination of years of striving for artistic fulfillment and self-acceptance.

Big Sean – ‘Better Me Than You’
Big Sean announced his new album Better Me Than You, set for release on August 9. The announcement, accompanied by the single “Yes” and a colorful trailer, came after Sean reflected on his personal and artistic growth, noting the pressures of life as a new dad and artist. The album is his first since 2020’s Detroit 2 and follows his 2021 collaborative LP with Hit-Boy. Sean described the album-making process as a significant journey and emphasized the importance of clarity and intention in his creative process.

Post Malone – ‘F-1 Trillion’
Post Malone announced his upcoming album F-1 Trillion, along with a tour! This will be his sixth studio album, following 2023’s “Austin.” Currently, Malone tops the Billboard Hot 100 with his Morgan Wallen duet “I Had Some Help.” The new album is expected to have a country influence, highlighted by his recent collaborations with Blake Shelton and performances at country events like the Academy of Country Music Awards and Stagecoach festival. The announcement followed his performance at Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe with Lainey Wilson and Ernest.
Foster the People – ‘Paradise State of Mind’
Paradise State of Mind, Foster the People’s fourth studio album, will be released on August 16, 2024, via Atlantic Records. Their first album since 2017’s Sacred Hearts Club, it features 1970s-inspired disco, funk, gospel, and jazz elements. The lead single, “Lost in Space,” was released on May 31, 2024, followed by “Take Me Back” on June 28, 2024. This album marks the first without drummer Mark Pontius and the last with guitarist Sean Cimino.
Tinashe – ‘QUANTUM BABY’
QUANTUM BABY (also known as BB/ANG3L (pt. 2) – QUANTUM BABY) is Tinashe’s seventh album, set for release on August 16, 2024. It is the second installment of a planned trilogy, following the first part, BB/ANG3L. Tinashe began teasing the album with a video trailer on April 8, 2024, and released the lead single “Nasty” on April 12, 2024. Following its success, she released a second single, “Getting No Sleep,” on June 28, 2024.

Sabrina Carpenter – ‘Short n’ Sweet’
Short n’ Sweet, Sabrina Carpenter’s sixth studio album, will be released on August 23, 2024, by Island Records. Collaborating primarily with producer Jack Antonoff, this album follows her 2022 release Emails I Can’t Send. The album features two pre-released singles, “Espresso” and “Please Please Please,” both of which topped the Billboard Global 200 chart and marked Carpenter’s first number-one hits in the UK and US, respectively. To promote the album, Carpenter will embark on her first arena tour, the Short n’ Sweet Tour, in September 2024.

A$AP Rocky – ‘Don’t Be Dumb’
Don’t Be Dumb, is ASAP Rocky’s upcoming fourth studio album via A$AP Worldwide and RCA Records. The album is preceded by singles “Shittin’ Me,” “Same Problems?,” and “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n).” It is expected to feature production from Tyler, the Creator, Madlib, Boi-1da, Pharrell Williams, Metro Boomin, The Alchemist, and Mike Dean, with possible guest appearances from Rihanna and Morrissey. Rocky previewed a song from the album and announced its release date during Paris Fashion Week on June 21, 2024.
